HAPPY NEW YEAR!

WELL DONE JIM!

Congratulations to Jim for his first overall victory on Thursday. With some stunning racing, Jim racked up a great 52 points to take nights win and boost him up the championship table. Other notable mentions for the night were Mike on his first trip to the club, racking up a very respectable 85+ laps overall and breaking the 7sec barrier already, and Lee for his PB with his 'back to form' Mosler in Sports, clocking up a 33.29 lap race!

New championship gets underway!

The new championship season got underway this Thursday with a good turn-out and the usual suspects heading the tables. Good luck everyone for the next 13 weeks!!!

New Champion!

Congraulations to Steve for winning the 2011 Summer/Autumn championship after a closely fought battle with Chris throughout. Also well done to Jim for his best placed finished in 3rd.

Next season promises to be even closer with Jim, Archie and Lee all improving quickly to get closer to the top 2.

Archie just getting faster and faster!

Not content with his 5.07 last week, Archie raced his SA Toyata GT1 around little-g to record a fantastic 5.03 secs and smash the current lap record. This wasn't the end of his nights achievements, as in the sports race he drove faultlessly to clock up a stunning 34.98 laps...the best overall laps around little-g ever recorded. Amazingly averaging 5.20 secs laps throughout the 3 minutes.

Stunning performance...can that 5 sec barrier be beaten?....can any of us get anywhere near him?...one things for sure, the lad has some talent!
